When registering your personal details with this web site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.None of the below affect your statutory rights as a consumer. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.

By using the checkout facility you agree that the details you provide to Cyber Diva Ltd for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

All goods remain the property of Cyber Diva Ltd until paid for in full.

No orders are accepted until they have been successfully processed. Orders placed before Midday UK time on a weekday will usually be processed that day subject to confirmation and will be shipped for next day delivery if the product is in stock Orders placed after this time will usually be processed on the following weekday subject to confirmation. For special orders - a range of our laptop bags, we will put the delivery dates on the product description pages. Products which have to be specially ordered can take 10 -12 working days.

Goods may only be returned to us by first obtaining a Returns Authorisation Number through our Returns procedure - please contact customerservices@21stcenturydiva.co.uk

Cyber Diva Ltd reserves the right to cancel your order or part thereof (with a refund within a maximum of 30 days) if our suppliers are unable to supply the product you require.

Should we be unable to supply a product due to the inability of our suppliers to provide the product we are under no obligation to do anything other than remove the product from our site and refund your payment in full.

Cyber Diva Ltd shall have no liability for the acts or omissions (including negligence) of telecommunications service providers or for failures of, or faults in their networks and equipment.

If Cyber Diva Ltd is unable to provide www.21stcenturydiva.co.uk for reasons beyond our control such as technical failure, lightning, flood, or exceptionally severe weather, fire or explosion, civil disorder, war, or military operations, natural or local emergency, anything done by government or other competent authority or industrial disputes of any kind (whether or not involving our employees), Cyber Diva Ltd will not be liable.

Cyber Diva Ltd may vary these terms and conditions from time to time by posting revised terms and conditions on the web site. Your continued use of the Site following Cyber Diva Ltd's posting of any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes. Payments are subject to offline checks before being accepted such as pricing errors and mismatched shipping details. Credit card payments are processed through ProTX and are subject to their rules and conditions. You must be 100% authorised to make the payment using your credit card.

If your payment is declined it could be for a variety of reasons. For security purposes we will not specify exactly what the problem is. However, any of the following could be wrong:

The credit card number
The cardholder's name does not match the one on the card
The start or expiry date
The security/CV2 code
The issue number
The customer address does not match the cardholder's address
The delivery address does not match the cardholder's address

Pricing

All product prices quoted are in UK Pounds Sterling and inclusive of VAT.
Pricing and availability information is subject to change without notice. In the event that the price is incorrectly listed due to typographical error, or due to a typographical error from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund any orders.

As manufacturers and suppliers reserve the right to change prices without notice, we will reflect this.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("TERMS")

1. The promoter of the Competitions is 21stcenturydiva.co.uk (the "Promoter"). The Promoter runs the website with the URL www.21stcenturydiva.co.uk (the "Website"). The  registered address is 94 New Bond Street London W1S 1SJ. 

2. All entrants must qualify at the date of entry (in that they must be eligible in accordance with these Terms and any other terms and conditions imposed by the Promoter in relation to each individual Competition) and be resident in the UK. The eligibility of any entrant is at the sole discretion of the Promoter. Employees, families or agents of the Promoter and/or any of its group undertakings are not eligible to enter the Competitions. Only one entry per person and per household is permitted.

3. By entering the Competitions, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.

4. NO PURCHASE OF ANY SORT IS NECESSARY to enter the Competitions

5. All entries must include all details requested on the Website for any particular Competition and be submitted in accordance with these Terms and any other terms of entry detailed on the Website, including, without limitation, submission within the requisite time frame.

6. The decision of the Promoter as to who has been awarded a prize is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter may at its sole discretion, substitute any prize for a prize of a similar nature and/or comparable value. Winners may not request and are not entitled to a cash alternative to their prize and their prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.

7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost, incomplete or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server failures, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control. All lost, damaged or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. Proof of entry shall not be proof of delivery or receipt. Only entries received in accordance with these Terms and all other terms and conditions will be acceptable. The Promoter will not be liable if a prize cannot be taken by a winner for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter.

10. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.

11. By entering the Competitions, all entrants are deemed to accept these Terms and all other terms and conditions. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, change the dates of entry into the Competitions and/or the dates on which the Competitions will be promoted and the Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw these Terms and all other terms and Conditions and/or the Competitions without prior notice.

12. By entering the Competitions you hereby assign all copyright which you may own in your entry to the Promoter and you acknowledge that the Promoter will own all the copyright in your entry.

13. Other than for death or personal injury arising from negligence of the Promoter, so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter hereby excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with the Competitions or any aspect of a prize.

14. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed and performed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall be the courts of exclusive jurisdiction.
