RETURNS POLICY
We do hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, in the event that you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to give you a refund. Please follow the steps outlined below and return your purchase within 14 days of delivery in its original condition and boxes together with proof of purchase. The postage and packaging charge is not refundable unless the product is defective.

In order to return product for credit, you will need to obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. This number must be obtained via contacting our

(Please do not deliver to our registered address, no stock is held here) A refund will be issued to your account providing:
- The product was purchased within 14 days of invoice date unless defective
- The product is unused (unless found to be defective)
- The product is returned in original packaging, unmarked and in a resalable condition . With regards to computers, they have to be unopened with no software installed.

3. Wrong deliveries by 21stcenturydiva.co.uk · Customer Services must be notified of all wrong deliveries within 5 days date of delivery. · Only products in their original condition and without damages to the box will be accepted for return. · Transportation cost for returning the material will be at the expense of 21stcenturydiva.co.uk
4. Products damaged at delivery by 21stcenturydiva.co.uk · Customer Services must be notified of all damaged deliveries within 5 days date of delivery. · Transportation cost for returning the material will be at the expense of 21stcenturydiva.co.uk
5. Wrong customer order · 21stcenturydiva.co.uk reserves the right to issue an RMA number or not for the return of material in case the customer placed a wrong order. · 21stcenturydiva.co.uk reserves the right to charge the customer a restocking fee of at least 10% of the product value, with a minimum of £ 40.
6. Special/exotic products · 21stcenturydiva.co.uk will in no case take back material that was specifically ordered for a customer.
